Framework of Standards for Tribunals
The Framework of Standards for Tribunals was published by the Council on Tribunals in 2002 and updated in 2006. It set out, for the benefit of all the tribunals overseen by the then Council, the issues it was concerned with in fulfilling its role. The AJTC adopted this document and it continues as a set of general principles for reviewing tribunals and assessing their activities.

Guide to Drafting Tribunal Rules
Published in November 2003, this document is the successor of the Model Rules of Procedure for Tribunals published in 1991. The Guide is a useful tool for the person who has to draft procedural rules for a newly formed Tribunal, or to up-date the old rules of an existing Tribunal.
