The Report produced by Elaine Samuel considers the Scottish Civil Courts Review and the implications for tribunals in Scotland.
The views expressed by Elaine Samuel have been considered by the Scottish Committee in preparing its advice paper on Tribunal Reform in Scotland, which will shortly be submitted to Scottish Government. The advice paper will be published on the Council's website in January 2011.
