Tribunal Reform in Scotland

This is the second report produced by Elaine Samuel.
It provides an overview of perspectives and positions with regard to those disputes that the Scottish Civil Courts Review had recommended for transfer from the Sheriff to the office of the district judge.
The information provided in the report will be carefully considered by the Scottish Committee in examining the possible implications for the reform of tribunals in Scotland.
