Tribunal Reform in Scotland

The Scottish Committee has published its report entitled "Tribunal Reform in Scotland - a vision for the future".
The report sets out a number of recommendations, which the Committee believes would establish an independent, coherent and user-friendly tribunal system in Scotland.
