Consultation
Departments have an obligation to formally consult the AJTC in accordance with the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007. Details of how to do this are set out in more detail on the About Us pages of this website.
We are also consulted from time to time on wider policy proposals and on issues of specific concern to Departments or others within the Administrative Justice System. Our responses, together with any supporting correspondence and a link to the connsultation source can be accessed by clicking the Consultation Responses link on the Left Hand Navigation.
